Shipping Information
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are based on weight and packing dimensions.

Returnable Merchandise
All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. No human or pet hair allowed on the merchandise. Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted. Footwear must not be worn and have the original packaging (if any) and tags attached. If merchandise appears to be worn, return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Handling Charges
Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted on returns. We suggest that the return be insured and returned via Fed Ex, UPS, or traceable USPS.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Defective merchandise: ADX Apparel cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If the item is believed to be defective please return the item with a letter explaining the reason. ADX Apparel will reimburse the shipping charges for the item declared defective only. Incorrect items: While we do our best to avoid mistakes in shipping, it can happen. If you received the wrong merchandise, please return your incorrect item with a description of the correct item. Shipping reimbursement will be made for the original item value and for the standard mail shipping back to us. No express return shipping reimbursement will be permitted.
